It was supposed to rain - it didn't and thunder storm - it didn't! We painted bird houses and I was really excited because it was a trailer. 


We continued painting.


Leo had a race with his lego cars. And just so you know, Leo is my brother. The gray car won!


We baked a chocolate cake and the secret ingredient was hot coffee.




                            I took the cake out of the pan and DoDah iced it. The icing was good.


                                        We each got half the cake and we decorated our half.



We finished the cake and can you find our names.


                We ate the cake and it was DELICIOUS! You can come over and have a piece. 


                                                                    We went swimming

We played with bubbles. Secret ingredient--dish soap.


Leo chose the movie. It was Turning Red.

    I was also surprised that it didn't rain. The bubbles that you made are quite spectacular. Dodah's chocolate cake is the best. Yes, I did find your names. You are certainly making the most of each day.

    What fun to have so much to do. Those bird houses are going to always be a reminder of your spectacular summer, along with this amazing blog. Looks like you put a little love into that cake and that the secret ingredient makes HUGE bubbles. Thanks for the update💕
